Originally trained for customer service, it was recognised that my skillset would be better utilised by the business in an operational capacity, I was allowed the opportunity to cross-train in all facets of the daily operations of the warehousing/ distribution arm and upon completion of this, moved into operations to improve efficiency and communications.
