Monitor closely material cost spend, production costing and transfer pricing for the two European Factories in Netherlands and Romania:- Responsible for proper recording, reporting, analysis and review of plant manufacturing costs and key operational and financial performance measurements- Involvement in Oracle Manufacturing implementation for the new factory in Cluj- Set up standard costing for the new production site during the start-up phase- Monitor transfer prices at European level, to ensure the accuracy of transactions- Provide training and coaching to the business analyst responsible for inventory reporting and analysis- Act as backup for the Finance Manager

Assisting the Flow Group Europe (2 Business Units) Finance Manager and Finance Director in providing financial and analytical support to the Flow Leadership Team and Business Unit Headquarters. Specific job responsibilities include:- Review of the monthly financial results to ensure overall data integrity and explain significant variances vs. prior month/year plan- Consolidation and integrity of the divisional monthly forecast- Preparation of standard management reports, including P&L, B/S, headcount, asset management analysis in terms of regions and Business Units- Work closely with the 4 European factories of the group- Support on Customer price analysis and Business Units Transfer Pricing- Involvement in the annual budget process- Preparation of presentations for various management meetings- Various ad-hoc projects (technical and analytical support throughout Europe)

Temporary assignment in Prague, as member of the financial reporting team for Czech Republic and Slovakia, before the transfer of the finance processes to a Shared Service Center in Cluj:- preparation of financial reports on IFRS and local GAAP basis- consolidation of data on country level- reporting of financial and non-financial data to head office and to local management- assistance in the preparation of short and mid-term financial plans- communication with other departments within the company (accounting, risk, sales, management)- involvement on introduction of new ERP system

My job, as a junior analyst, was to write daily/weekly reports covering the evolution of Bucharest Stock Exchange and RASDAQ Market, and also energy assets, and to make investment recommendations based on traditional and alternative technical analysis.
