I am providing psychological counselling for couples, individuals, teenagers and parents using EFT - Emotionally Focused Therapy technique.

I am a development professional who helps teenagers find, adjust and improve their career paths through one-on-one guidance and advising. Regardless of history or background, having a safe, supportive relationship with an adult is a key factor in promoting positive development in adolescents.

I am an active and direct learning helper and my role is to create an atmosphere for continuous improvement.I made the most out of this challenging role by:- coordinating the design and implementation process of the new HR strategy including recruitment processes, onboarding, career planning for every employee from Romania and Greece (70 people in total, 14 being project managers); - assessing the learning and development needs of the project management team to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company;- designing and coordinating training sessions for employees from different departments and projects;- offering one-to-one coaching sessions for employees from Romania and Greece; - preparing reports and proposals for the stakeholders;- contracting vendors (when needed) for training and coaching services.

An overseas education consultant plays a vital role in assisting and helping students in the easy or hassle-free application or paperwork processing. The role of a consultant is to coordinate with the student and the university to secure admission. As an education consultant I provided help in many areas: evaluation of profile, selecting the university, admission processing, documents, education loans, statement of purpose preparation, process after getting accepted.

First ten years of adulthood are the hardest, they say. A decade of professional development in local mass media and communication made me better at HOW TO: adapt my speach; listen and ask questions; have a short time frame for delivering the message; be creative and adaptive; stay focused; be informed; use time in my advantage; study and research different opinions and takes on things; adapt to new technology; be funny and love music.
