As an escrow assistant at WFG National Title Insurance Company, I work in close partnership with the escrow officer to manage client files, properties, and customer queries. I compile and process escrow instruction packages and legal documents, and act as a liaison between the customer and parties involved in all business transactions. I also resolve client requests and ensure a smooth and timely closing process.I have a passion for human connection, building relationships, and creating safe spaces. I hold an associate's degree in communication from Skyline College, where I learned how to design and deliver effective and inclusive learning experiences. I also work as a dance instructor at Sunset Academy of Dance, where I teach 5 hip-hop dance classes to students of different ages and levels, and create and execute routines for two competition groups. I thrive in environments where I can learn, educate, and teach others, and I am always eager to amplify those who have yet to be heard.
