Working with the Managing Director, Factory Manager and Sales Team to produce drawings, plans, views, details for factory team, presentations for clients.-designing timber frames and roof systems including trusses, panels and joists using CAD and other software from enquiries and orders brought in by the sales team·Production of CAD general arrangement, timber frame constructions, concrete outlines, drawings for wood garages, oak structure carriage houses, pavilions/sport clubs, basic drawings for council approvals, respecting UK regulations and Eurocode for wood construction.·detail drawings, production of schedules and checking, quotations of price and quantity.·Producing details linking of the concrete foundation elements to the various proprietary components.·Liaison with other divisions including utilities, drainage, architects and engineers to correctly manage the interface in CAD of all requirements.·Using technical judgement and knowledge to assist with scheme design.-responsibility for the design and coordination of technical tasks. -Maintain and update the drawing files, including all in CRM system-Assist with concept presentations and verbal presentations as necessary-Rendered plans / section elevations, 3D occasionally, preparation of graphics and 3D renderings -Maintain and organise the design library.-Freehand sketches when need it-CAD documentation-Familiarity with general office procedures, such as, processing purchase orders, ordering supplies and general office equipment-ability to both design and understand how the structures are assembled
