Develop and administer an annual budget of over $500 million and over $80 million in current bond proceeds. • Significant accomplishments include the nationally-recognized response to the ZIKA emergency and CDC acknowledgement of the only government to eradicate the disease transmission successfully; led the country’s largest debris removal effort after Hurricane Irma; and led the replacement one of the largest public waste fleets in the country.
