Following the catastrophic Nepal earthquake of 2015: Led the Monitoring and Evaluation Department of ACTED's largescale Nepal operation to ensure that services implemented were in line with donor agreements, including mentoring and supervision of 18 staff spread out across the country. Coached and supported local staff to conduct data gathering, analysis, and final evaluation report completion in line with HQ and donor expectations.

Developed and implemented a communications strategy for a multi-million dollar United Nations food security project in South Sudan.
