Alina Kovalova is a Senior project manager, organisational coach (existential approach) at SoftServe. She is proficient in Deutsch and English. Colleagues describe her as "I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alina for almost a year. She is a hands on, dedicated, hard working Project Manager who strives to understand the people, projects and processes within her scope. Over the course of her engagement with us, she’s helped me hire and on board new engineers, determine and implement more cost effective contracts for my team, work thru tough situations with team members and suggest alternatives to improve processes & performances. She’s cheerful even in trying circumstances and is so easy to work with — this is something I take for granted with Alina but I know from past experiences dealing with project managers that this is not always true. More than once she's gone over and above to even beyond the duties of her PM role to try to help make mine easier by volunteering and then performing tasks that were not her responsibility, for which she has my sincere gratitude. While I’m genuinely sad that Alina is now moving to a different team, I’m excited by the prospect that she is moving on to do things of an even greater impact.
