-Making 100 team members in 1 year-Hiring of new people according to client needs/possible replacement needs -Onboarding and orientation of new hires-Implemented new training plan for several positions-Weekly calls with coaches to overview trainees' performance and early identifying red flags-Team leadership, providing clear guidance and support for team members -Establish effective communication channels within the team, creating team spirit and team collaboration-Identify potential risks, working with employees on their performance improvement-Gathering feedbacks from the client and work with them accordingly -Calculating monthly bonuses for the team and submitting to Finance Department-Identify and encourage key employees-Conflict resolution

-Building remote department from 0 to 120 people-Conducting interviews-Develop a training structure and evaluation points-Training new hires for a new department- Working with outstanding balances- Month close process- Issue refunds/ processing write offs- Customer Service- Bank reconciliations-Providing guidance and mentorship for team members-Building a team culture-Communication with client to meet their needs and work on their concerns -Providing feedbacks to the team, doing 1:1 meetings, creating action plans for individual's improvement-Resolving team issues and conflicts-Advocate for the team's needs and achievements when interacting with upper management-Evaluating workload of team members-Working on development of potential employees

-Accurate data entry of client information-Verifying insurance information-Timely billing, working with denied claims-Working on all outstanding balances-Communicate with vendors to check for claim/appeal status or ask for any payment questions-Prepare and submit mid month and month end reports-Handle customer inquires related to billing statements and provide with clear and detailed explanations if needed-Providing 3 week training to any new employee, monitoring their performance and giving feedback-Conduct evaluations for trainees
