• Analyzing client’s needs (professional requirements and personal profile for the candidates);• Establishing the proper methodology for recruitment (through networking, database research, direct search or advertising);• Search and selection for various positions: entry-level, specialists, middle and top management;• Designing Job Descriptions and drawing up job advertisements for various openings;• Conducting competency based, behavioral event and acquaintance interviews with the candidates;• Maintaining a continuous relationship with the clients and candidates, especially during the final stage and decision period;• Drawing up activity reports;• Being responsible for effective and profitable candidate management (continuous and timely update of the candidate’s database, maintaining close contact to candidates involved in assigned projects).
