About Ali Nami
Ali is a construction project planner with varied experience in projects in Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, and SE Asia. Since 2005, he has been involved in a variety of rail, tunnel, water, energy, resource and major engineering and infrastructure projects as well as ICT projects and commercial and residential developments, providing programming and planning advice.Prior to joining TBH, he undertook various roles in the tunnelling industry and on billion dollar rail infrastructure megaprojects including assistant project manager, and senior project control officer and contract administrator. In these roles, he administered multiple contracts and achieved key contract milestones. He also continually communicated with key stakeholders, resolved issues and administered changes under different contracts. He Joined TBH in 2011 and has since gained significant experience primarily in the fields of programming, planning, project control, earned value, forensic planning, EoT and disruption claims.
