* Project architect and designer MG2’s largest project, Costco Headquarters, leading the team from schematic design to BID documentation.* Prepared detailed work plans and distributed tasks among team members.* Trained and directed junior staff in developing construction documentation sets, design presentations, and coordination.* Led consultant coordination meetings, including structural, plumbing, civil, food service, and all MEP.* Developed exterior facade design from SD to 70% Bid Set.* Fully managed interior coordination and bid development, including a separate food service set and interior presentation packages.* Utilized Enscape, Revit, and Navisworks for internal coordination and consultant coordination reviews, not only renderings. MG2 fully developed the use of Enscape in the commercial studio after this.* Became the primary BIM Manager for the project, directing all disciplines utilizing BIM360 workflow.* Took over BIM coordination and consultant coordination during construction administration calls with contractors and subcontractors, working in Navisworks and Revit to resolve conflicts.* Developed 3D underground studies to resolve footing penetration issues with structural engineers and plumbing.* Designed the grand central stair, facade, auditorium, and food service areas of Costco headquarters.Reviewed submittals and shop drawings, including steel, slab openings, and facade systems.* Fully managed the Legacy UHC Mooney Project from DD to BID documentation, trained junior staff, and acted as the Project Architect/Project Manager.* Simultaneously worked on multiple projects, including large developments like Six Corners (Chicago), 8-100 (Bellevue), and 3rd-Virginia (Seattle).
