- Manage and coordinate projects for the clients' accounts.- Day to day contact with EMEA Client - Microsoft Education- Execute values-driven communication that ensures coherence and long-term alignment with clients' programs and events' vision, mission, and purpose.- Manage jobs through specific production platforms.- Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery.- Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines. Set realistic client expectations; proactively chase and interrogate delays.- Coordination between internal departments- Oversee preparation of marketing copy, images, videos, emails, and other collateral.- Create engaging content optimized for specific platforms and intended audiences.- Evaluate consumer preferences and behaviors, combined with market trends to adjust and develop social media strategy aligned with client business goals.- Demonstrate a clear understanding of brand and guidelines.
