In my current role, I oversee all aspects of casting and content production for the television show, “La Voz.”As such, I manage strategic planning and direction for casting in collaboration with creative leadership by selecting and screening candidates across the United States. I facilitate and organize casting alongside the Excecutive Producer, including fostering an in-depth understanding of show requirements and arranging/conducting interviews and auditions. I negotiate contracts with cast members, liaise with agents and directors, and leverage in-depth production knowledge to ensure optimal casting choices.I have successfully contributed to a top television show at Telemundo, the leading network on Latin television.

In this role, I developed budgets, analyzed scripts, and negotiated pricing quotes in addition to schedules and treatments. I liaised with providers, drove creative adaptation of U.S.-based formats to Hispanic markets, and coordinated deliveries. I managed strategic planning and liaised with networks and industry professionals to ensure streamlined production operations. I prepared production plans, liaised with vendors and freelance employers, and supported production teams throughout pre/shooting/post-production. I oversaw delivery and Quality Control with networks, coordinated scripted and non-scripted post-production, and deliverables.Moreover, I effectively developed the largest number of newly scripted projects for Endemol in the U.S. Hispanic market. I successfully supported production of shows such as Master Chef Latino S1, Mira Quien Baila S5, Nicky Jam, El Ganador, and more.

Here, I managed all aspects of the production process for feature film production. I oversaw the Set on the Field and streamlined operations, including avoiding penalties and overtime, ensuring meal delivery, daily expense management, and petty cash/per diem execution. I led and coordinated releases, obtained permits, maintained proper documentation (taxation, production, episodic binders, wrap binders), and managed scheduling of cast and crew. Moreover, I managed location selection and permissions, travel arrangements, and housing for cast and crew.

In this role, I coordinated with contractors, producers, and broadcasting to transfer files, re-links, and masters; performed additional editing, to ensure that all the project files are finalized and ready for final exports to the QC and Delivery teams. I excelled as a mediator, facilitator, and liaison who oversaw file transfers among editors and the Production Company. In charge of making plans, manages, and distributes course files and assignments to a pool of contract editors and vendors. . As a Content Producer, I was part of team in charge of doing the Interviews and shooting all the Reality of the show. I demonstrated my ability to write, desktop edit, and gather content for the 2 hours Reality Show. I produced under heavy deadline pressure without compromising credibility. Here, I gained an in-depth understanding of editing programs to visually enhance and showcase stories with production.
