Radio Europa FM is the first private radio station in Romania. As a national market leader on many segments, Radio Europa FM is aiming to broadcast the most professional radio programs through its experienced journalists and radio hosts.As a brand marketing specialist, my journey inside the organization included: ▪️ solving sensitive past situations with the external partners and completing the previous barters;▪️ restoring the relationships with the strategic marketing partners;▪️ analyzing the opportunity of the incoming barter proposals considering the strategic marketing directions for growing Europa FM image;▪️ starting, negotiating, agreeing and following a contract end-to-end, compliant with the internal policies and procedures;▪️ updating and modifying various procedures applying to specific marketing partnerships, after validating the suggestions with the board members;▪️ proactively suggesting different collaboration ways with different departments in order to optimize the marketing tasks; ▪️ giving continuous feedback while working closely with the CFO for exceptional marketing partnerships, suggesting different approaches in solving specific issues.▪️ handling multiple partnerships, through project management, making sure that all the teams are delivering according to the agreed contract; ▪️ input in the internal radio campaigns;▪️ staying in close contact with all the teams involved in a running marketing partnership: legal, accountants, admin team, BTL, production, DJ's, web team until closing the barter.

MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:Creating engaging content for big online communities of international users (~500k) and building the community management department by actively recruiting & onboard 2 new colleagues.Other responsibilities:▪️ Managing 3 online communities of users for 3 different apps; ▪️ In charge with users engagement & content strategies;▪️ Managing the users inquiries, solving the users complaints in close touch with the dev&QA teams;▪️ Providing the full training in community management for my new colleagues from the procedures to the customers approach.

▪️ I have designed and tested an alternative urban touristic project with 100% positive feedbacks from the participants;▪️ I was a full time employee so I put it on the shelf.▪️ Still in love with the idea.

▪️ Finding the best way to offer solutions in handling various customer complaints by taking into consideration both company's procedures & the customer's needs.

▪️ Task owner for credit check activity – attending call conferences with Swiss operational team and updating the procedures on a regular basis;▪️ Completing direct marketing activities and updating the customer's account;▪️ Handling activations for a specific segment of customers.

▪️ Active member in the Supervising team as a back-up for the Team Leaders, being in charge with the help line department activity;▪️ Handling the various customer requests for the top spenders segment, in a customer-focused manner;▪️ Fellow program guidance for the new entries, by helping them to easily integrate within the team.
