My tasks include assessment of hiring needs, development of position profiles and job advertisements together with hiring managers. My tasks also include to collaborate with our International HR and Recruiting members as well as with the German-based Works Council to source and place candidates. Additional tasks are to report recruiting performance and activities, maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis to Top-Management levels, as well as providing HR support for hiring managers and employees. Additionally, I am involved in recruiting related projects together with our employer branding and HR operations team.
