I’m an empathic person with a certain skill to get people together, wether it is as a team manager, during festive arrangements with friends or bridging between two specialists in dispute. I’m there to smoothen the situation. Procurements, contract writing, sales, budgeting and follow-ups.Hiked 500km in 23 days along The Kings Trail in northern Sweden (July 2019).What I've learned:For the most, it all comes down to people. Despite technology, products or services. To really succeed you need to understand people and their driving forces, needs and goals. Regardless if it is your customer, the end-users, your co-workers or yourself.And a ton regarding IT of course; Project management, Development, Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, GDPR, Business Strategy... and so on.What I want to do:Work in an environment where I can combine business innovation, a human perspective and technology. With people who are passionate and proud of their daily work. Where work isn’t 8 to 5, but a part of your life and where everybody is seen and appreciated.I will contribute with problem solving, a customer centric mindset, project progression and ongoing business development. Always keeping stakeholders up-to-date with clear communication. All in all with a profitable business approach.What makes me happy:When I’m trusted with a task where my team and I can work full steam ahead, delivering outstanding results and reward our efforts with that first cold beer before the weekend. Pitching my tent after a long hike, with a view stretching as far as the eye can see. When I’ve made dinner and my friends burst out a ”WOW” with a mouthful of food.
