One of five founding members of Venture Software, that created the GoRev platform. GoRev is a software product that was specifically designed for Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).

Co-founded and partnered in executive leadership of this rapid-growing start-up that achieved $2 million in year two and $4.5 million by year three, with forty-two US-based employees. Recruited and managed an offshore development team of twenty developers and service technicians utilizing Agile methodologies.

Led the development of multiple products using a mixed technology stack that included Microsoft’s Entities Framework to develop various cloud base software programs.

Provided technical knowledge, creativity and project management skills crucial for the development and support of business systems for three clients: Developed Urban-Leather POS and manufacturing system that managed their business processes. DMW's business system that managed their quotes, orders, inventory, shipping, invoicing, production and manufacture of CNC machined oil field tools. Conceived and developed online sales and contract system for Harley Davidson that allow the dealership to move sales for motorcycles, parts, and motorclothes online. The motorcycle sales system produced all the required paperwork for finance and vehicle registration, reducing the in-house sales wait time for closing by 75%.

Specializing in large website concept, design, development, and marketing. Managed all aspects of the business including business development which exceeded $1.5 million per year. Designed and developed the award-winning Roycebuilders.com website. Clients included Hewlett Packard, Urban Leather, Mattress Firm, North Beach Leather, Westin Homes, Quintessa Homes, Imperial Homes, Sivan Homes, Morrison Homes and Galleria Chamber of Commerce.

Honorably discharged with four years of active overseas service, serving as a section sergeant in the 1/1 Cavalry. Served as liaison between the US and German forces on the East German and Czech borders during the height of the cold war.
