- Responsible for supporting all branches with regard to HR department affairs through the administration and oversight of policies and rules and guidance to all HR Analysts in the units; - Conducting training for all branches, analysis of requests, prospects, feasibility and impact assessment of training, Control of mandatory training; - Internal and external selective processes mainly for leadership positions and strategic positions, through headhunter actions, profile analysis, job vacancies, interviews by competencies, dynamics and realization of technical and behavioral development plans for employees; - Analysis of positions and salaries of the company and the market; Leaders 'guidance on the management of employees' salaries to ensure compliance with the appropriate frameworks; - Contacts and negotiations with partner consultants and HR service providers; Experience and Performance Assessments, Termination Interviews, Event Planning, Endomarketing, Award-Winning Referral Program Management, Leader Training, Quota Control (PCD and Young Apprentices); - Responsible for payments related to HR services, office supplies and psychological tests through releases in SAP and Soft Expert Systems; - Personnel Management System Administrator, being responsible for ensuring that the performance evaluation processes are in accordance with the position indicators and established goals, proposing improvements and follow-up, helping end users in handling and self-management; - Responsible for supporting employees and leaders in the construction of Individual Development Plans; Conducting Climate Research; Preparation of management reports and indicators, with information and statistical data of the area.

Main Responsibilities: Performed Training and Development of personnel, for various companies and branches (Votorantim Metais, Martins Wholesaler, Cargill, Infraero, Monsanto, etc.). Provided training on different topics such as Leadership, Motivation, Feedback, Logistics, Marketing, Recruitment and Selection, Training, Effective Communication, etc. He was also responsible for Recruitment and Selection of personnel involving all types of position (operational, management, direction, etc.) for various companies of different branches. Performed the entire process, from job openings, resume collection, candidate scheduling, interviews (individual, group, via Skype, telephone, etc.), testing (specific and psychological), dynamics, customer contact, preparation and forwarding of opinions, visits to companies, etc.
