• Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms• Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them• Display and market real property to possible buyers• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)

• Overseeing daily salon operations• Hiring and training beauticians, as needed• Organizing employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality• Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock• Ensure all beauty treatments meet high-quality standards• Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules• Promote services, products and discounts on social media

• Responsible for buying and shipping cosmetics products from China to Lebanon, Qatar & Saudi.• Distributing Products to salons all over Lebanon• Discover and purchase new products • Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal • Ensure the timely delivery of products and compliance with the contracts of purchase• Monitor stock levels and make plans for buying within budget• Create reports on sales, budgets and customer satisfaction and adjusting strategies accordingly

• Planning, estimating the number of Staff needed and equipping salon • Responsible for buying and shipping Salon Equipment from China• Recruiting & Training salon staff that meets mandatory educational and licensing requirements.• Training Staff how to monitor salon supplies and equipment and order new stock as needed.
