I was also responsible for the communication strategy to engage stakeholders, aiming to achieve diversity and inclusion goals among entrepreneurs and mentors; Labs community and partnerships management (startup founders, innovation hubs, companies, investors, and others); and organizing events with senior leadership. I have also been involved in innovation challenges at Cazoolo, a packaging design lab focused on circularity; Braskem’s positioning in the Global Treaty for Plastics (under negotiation at the UN); sustainability goals integration into the company's strategy. Through these experiences, which required strong stakeholder engagement and effective communication with senior leadership, I enriched my strategic thinking, translated complex sustainability topics for the public, and developed self-confidence to act as a leading voice on sustainability.I am currently leading the sustainability management of bio feedstocks and their supply chains, overseeing various projects related to the socio-environmental risk assessment of renewable raw materials. Additionally, I act as a sustainability advisor for innovation and technology projects, identifying opportunities and managing risks in line with the business strategy and its commitments to sustainability, circularity, and climate change. I am also leading the development of a global sustainable procurement program to strengthen our responsibility within the value chain.
