• Month end closing process for assigned brands. Record journal entries as needed. Perform monthly review of cost of sales, other expenses and balance sheet accounts – Including summaries and assist in variance explanations. Analyze variances from both budget and forecasts. Prepare reconciliations of other accounts as needed.• Elaboration of cost reports, for superior appreciation, investigating and analyzing the differences between real cost and standard cost.• Control and accounting of all cost routines (Average and USGAP), managing the cost subsystem.• Development understanding of key underlying events, triggers and drivers of costs to enable identification of cost savings opportunities.• Inventory analysis and control: Guarantee of accuracy and analysis of discrepancies (information contained in SAP vs Physical), monitoring of blocked inventory and quality control), energy consumption control, inventory control in obsolescence. Also participate in inventory counts – as required.• Develop and maintain process documentation and follow all control related standards and procedures.• Develop process and procedures to improve work function.• Integrated System: SAP.

• Execution of administrative routines with respect to accounting processes (entries, reclassifications, provisions, account records).• Analysis and reconciliation of the Company's accounting accounts, with an emphasis on reconciling bank accounts.• Compliance with the deadline of the monthly accounting schedule and monitoring of individual and joint performance of results.• Assistance to external auditing, through reporting, compiling and consolidating accounting / financial information, as well as support for the analyzes requested by our external audit, to meet the legal requirement, and for the group's internal and external shareholders.• Preparation and analysis of the Company's Financial Statements.• Integrated System: Oracle.

• Assistance in conducting accounting processes, with regard to monthly closing, balance sheets, balance and P&L, as well as the posting of expenses in their respective cost centers.• Control of acquisitions, write-offs, transfers of fixed assets, depreciation posting.• Consolidation analysis, BPC, equity accounting and calculation.• Preparation of SPED Accounting, launching provisions, reconciliation and analysis of bank accounts and equity accounts, making the necessary adjustments; effectively contributing to the smooth running of the area's processes.• Survey of documentation required by external audits.• Materiality studies for account analysis.• Accounting and financial analysis; analysis of provisions, financial investments, loans, financing and operations in foreign currency.• Preparation of monthly accounting / financial statements (Balance Sheet / P&L / DLPA / DMPL / DFC / DVA and the Explanatory Notes), extracting and structuring accounting information collected from the integrated system, aiming to inform internal and external customers (Directors and Shareholders) the real accounting / financial position of group companies.• Preparation and analysis of management reports.• Integrated System: SAP.
