The Corporate Actions Department is responsible for the notification and processing of corporate events. A corporate event is any event that can occur on a security, influencing its description, value or characteristics and affecting the portfolio of our clients. The controller's primary responsibility is to verify and control the market expert's work to ensure the correct and timely notification and reflection of the corporate event in the client's portfolio. In this respect, the controller is the last filter between the client and the market.Tasks:- Coaching of Market Experts;- Daily cash and stock monitoring;- Investigation and resolution of cash and asset breaks;- Autorisation of payment instructions, cash and stock transactions;- Developing procedures to share your knowledge and improve also the Team (improvement of the organization);- Development of high risk events reporting tool and volume forecast planification tool;- Management of risky issues/breaches and reporting to Team leader and Managers;- Management of reports (Cash breaks, Asset breaks, Queries,.. );- Client focus (management of client's queries).

Analyze, challenge and transmit information received from local expert banks, Manage deadlines on Corporate Actions events: monitor uninstructed balances, evaluate risks and actions to be taken, Reflect the Corporate Actions events in the portfolio of our clients (through cash and / or security transactions).
