Fortunately, I have received training at the Onomo hotel Kigali as a waitress and also sometimes being a cashier for four months. It is not only that, I worked there as a receptionist during my internship where I used to keep the reception area organised, making reservations, linking the guests with other departments, checking guests in and out, responding to phone calls and making daily reports at the end of my shift. Additionally, I have been working there after finishing my internship as a casual worker in the food and beverage department. In this case, my duties as a waitress were to greet the guests while giving a warm welcome, presenting the menu to them, taking and delivering their order on time, keeping an open eye to the guests in order to help them, charging them by giving the bill and also making room service. However, my duties as a cashier was posting orders of the guests on micros, offering the bill when needed, receiving payments as also closing the bills according to the payment made. According to the skills and experiences that I have, I hope I should get a job anywhere because I have a good package that is required in a competitive market whereby being professional and working under environmentally friendly conditions is simple to me.
