- Managing and maintaining a successful relationship with specific customers and execute the work of Research Managers, ensuring that their needs are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service.Assisting research project for Automotive companies such as Ferrari, Nissan and Infiniti, Renault.Monitoring the overall quality of the services provided to clients with minimal supervision. - Briefing on the progress of work, and reporting on timely manner points of concern, and passing customers’ inquiry that require involvement and coordinate between the client and the Project consultant.- Presenting Research and consultancy project at professional functions and activities as per the guidelines of the Project.

-Responsible for the sales of all Deyaar properties in Dubai.-Search properties and keep good relation with other agents.-Compute final estimation of property values taking into account such factors as depreciation, replacement costs, value comparisons of similar properties and income potential.-Follow up with owners and updating properties stock.-Established new contacts while maintaining existing ones.-Following up with leads and clients referred by satisfied clients.-Advising for the best location for investment.-Keeping good relations with mortgage advisors and follow up for process of the clients.

Handling inquiries from international clienteles, import and export merchandise, merchandise clearance, financial officier and customer servicesAttend the line review in UK twice per year, choose the line, and compare the prices accordingly, Take care of the logistics, pricing and make sure that the line will meet the market needs.
