- Prepare, type, edit and proofread correspondence, reports and other related documents from dictated or handwritten notes.- Establish and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.- Manage product inventory and customer orders

- Resolve conflicts and problems related to merchandise shortages and customer complaint management.- Prepare reports on sales, analysis of unsold products and staff-related problems.- Maintain visual criteria and store image, such as displays, signage and store cleanliness.Contribute to store management tasks, such as: developing and implementing marketing strategies, receiving deliveries, opening and closing the store.

Assists customers.Ensures adidas’ customer service standards are upheld by listening to customer’s wants and needs.Drive and close sales by utilizing adidas’ selling techniques.Maintains store appearance, assists in processing and replenishing merchandise and assist with customer service inquiries.

- Main projects: GRU Guarulhos International Airport, Royal Canin Distribution Centre, BTP Port de Santos, Hirota Supermarket, Nossa Senhora do Rosário College, Artur de Queiros College- Planning and design of commercial and industrial renovation projects- Manage the execution of works: demarcation, foundation demarcation, earthworks, reinforced concrete, formwork, shoring, etc.- Coordinate the activities of subcontractors: masonry, plumbing, electricity, interior systems installers, etc. - Check concrete quality before concreting begins. - Conduct planning and follow-up meetings with stakeholders- Collaborate with project managers on procurement: purchases, orders, price negotiations.

- Participate in the procurement process in support of the superintendent and project manager.- Follow up on material requisitions with the procurement department.- Reconcile work orders, requisitions and invoices and submit them for approval and processing.- Produce quantity and/or financial reports as required by the project.
