My career began with a degree in Tourism, where I spent seven years in luxury hospitality, emphasizing quality and excellence to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This experience sharpened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and focus on processes and customer satisfaction.In 2021, I decided to transition to the IT field, discovering a passion for Quality Assurance (QA) due to my previous focus on quality standards.I graduated in Systems Analysis and Development and continuously update my skills through QA courses. I have experience in manual testing and knowledge in automation testing, Agile methodologies, test case design, and execution.Currently, I volunteer as a QA on a project focused on women's health, performing functional tests on mobile and web applications, applying Agile methodologies, and promoting a quality culture. I have developed strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.I use tools such as Visual Studio, Postman, Robot Framework, Android Studio, Appium, Zephyr, and Jira to ensure project quality.
