In a changing health care environment, I am pleased to have hands-on experience with Massachusetts Health Insurance options, the Health Insurance Exchange and the Affordable Care Act. I am a certified counselor - that means I can calmly walk you through your psychological and physical and dental health care needs including the application process and help you understand your options! I am a great communicator who speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese and I pride myself on providing easy-to-understand instructions for obtaining and using your health care coverage. It is my pleasure to assist people, so my health care advocacy record is top-notch. Advocating, and education are vital to this process and I thrive on doing both because I interact with the constituents very well. I am discreet, appropriate, professional and have a great deal of empathy and respect for others. It's my goal to improve people's access to health care and insurance services to help them stay healthy!
