My journey includes training in Rheumatology and a path marked by leadership and teaching. I held the position of medical preceptor in the Department of Rheumatology at FMUSP, where I coordinated residents and immersed myself in team management, training, and development.I sought to expand my horizons into management and administration, taking on the coordination of medical teachers at SANAR, enhancing skills in management, goal-setting, and remote leadership. In one year, I was challenged to lead the Postgraduate unit, recruiting, training, and developing teams for Medicine courses, focusing on pedagogical expansion and coordination.My mission is to connect and impact lives by sharing knowledge and experience to promote a healthier life. I aim to provide relevant and practical information, sharing a medical perspective in an accessible and understandable environment for everyone.
