Update coming soon...Hi I’m Aline, and I love that I work in such a unique market.Even though my role is Business Analyst within the Rocla Pole division, I don’t just focus on the numbers. I also help nurture our larger clients across Australia. I guess you could call me the middle-person, as I report to, and assist the management team with sales and clients, but also assist the production team by controlling costs, ensuring budgets are being met.How I help our Poles Territory Sales Managers:When someone on the team wins a major client, I’ll assist with the whole process. From quoting, attending client meetings, and engaging directly with the client, to reading and translating drawings to be ready for production.For example, we recently landed a big project with Transgrid (1.8mil). I was able to assist the team by nurturing our client throughout. Helping them to achieve the project objectives, in a way that works best for the client.I don’t see assisting clients as “not my job” or my responsibility. I see it in a way that if something needs to get done to help the team or the business, then I do it.
