With solid experience in the legal field, I worked as an assistant in the office of Justice Marco Aurélio (2018-2021), on the ARE and RE team for Justice André Mendonça (May to October 2022), and in the Judicial Research Coordination (October 2022 to January 2023). I have been the Manager of High Studies at the Supreme Federal Court since January 2023.I've always been fascinated by technology, which motivated me to transition my career to IT. Currently, I am in my second semester of Computer Science and participate in a digital inclusion extension project for the elderly at UniCeub. Together with other colleagues, I teach classes to help seniors use technology independently, which has helped me develop both teaching skills and empathy.As Gabriel's mother, I understand the challenges of balancing career and motherhood, especially in leadership roles. I believe in the importance of female leadership and creating work environments that value women and their responsibilities. My journey has reinforced the value of resilience, organization, and empathy in inspiring and supporting teams.I am undergoing a career transformation, combining my legal experience with a passion for technology, always seeking to contribute to innovative projects in IT. Committed and focused, I am constantly working to improve my skills and collaborate in the global market as part of a multicultural team.
