Purchasing Clerk
Current- Assisting customers with supply, services, and sourcing needs, utilizing procurement systems such as Meditech.
- Reconciling invoices, contacting suppliers, and drafting sourcing documents.
- Ordering supplies, equipment, and services, maintaining data integrity, resolving discrepancies, liaising with customers and vendors, and performing general clerical tasks as needed.
- Responding to inquiries related to order management, and coordinating communication both internally and externally.
- Meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
