I am responsible for the promotion and press for the category children and Young Adult books for Pelckmans Uitgevers and Billy Bones. My job includes - but is not limited to: - managing and collaborating with authors and illustrators- working together with publishers and editors- organising book events- managing multiple projects simultaneously- creating captivating content for social media, newsletters and website- producing promotional material such as bookmarks, book displays and posters- writing press releases

- coordination of the ecomm product images with external agency; creating guidelines, quality control- organising model shoots together with external agency: creating moodboards, model casting, styling and posing guidelines, follow up and quality control- content creation: functionality videos and images for ecomm- responsible for DAM (digital asset management); correct uploading and tagging of all marketing assets- creation of digital sales catalogues and other sales tools- optimalisation of Global Brand Marketing processes together with the local marketing teams worldwide

B2B EMEA: responsible for * the creation and improvement of all sales tools (digital catalogues, B2B website, virtual showroom)* improving our brand presentation on online wholesale websites and update them with new marketing assets each season* providing all partners and distributors with the marketing plan and assets each seasonTrade Marketing EMEA* plan and coordinate all trade marketing activations and events
