Senior Account Executive - North, Northeast, Midwest, Minas Gerais And Espírito Santo
Current• Managing a portfolio of academic, corporate, medical, K-12 and governmental customers to generate new business opportunities and renew the existing customers for SaaS, databases, clinical solutions, e-Books and research solutions• Initiate and answer inbound and/or outbound sales calls and emails directly from prospectiveand existing customers;• Conducting online and face-to-face presentations and demonstrations in a consultative salesmodel;• Preparation of commercial proposals, negotiation of prices and payment terms.• Accept and submit orders, close sales, maintain customer records using a CRM system,complete required documentation, identify and qualify prospective customers and record salesprospecting activity in a CRM system;• Actively consult with customers to ensure their patron needs are being met through theacquisition of the products;• Complete assignments requested by Sales Management such as: running sales reports,presenting data on the status of prospects, projections, renewals, current pipeline and salesgrowth numbers;• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to align sales strategies;• In-person visits to customers and organization of events to support sales activities.#1 FY24 AE Call Leader
