As a Europe Expansion Executive at Cadmus, a company of technology with 28 years in Brazil, my challenge is to develop new businesses in Europe and guide the entire strategic structure, with the responsibility of managing the entire region.

As Head of Agility at international business consultancy Bip Brazil, I was responsible for creating the Agile Center of Excellence to support the digital transformation of the company's clients. I led the development of agile digital and organizational strategy for high-performance business and technology teams in complex environments for clients in the retail, finance, and oil&gas sectors.

As a guest professor at Digital House Brazil, a continuous learning platform in technology, I delivered several corporate training sessions on digital transformation and agile mindset, using an ecosystem of education solutions focused on technology and development.

Over the course of a year, I played the role of Head of Agility at Stone, a Brazilian fintech specializing in payment methods. During this time, I was responsible for leading the strategic planning process, with a strong emphasis on productivity, agility, delivery, results, and engagement.

At the prestigious private educational institution Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, I worked as a guest professor. In this role, I led courses in the Postgraduate Program in Project Management, specifically teaching courses in Ethics and Project Integration, as well as conducting workshops on agile methodologies. My combination of academic excellence and a holistic understanding of various fields of knowledge allowed me to play a vital role in shaping innovative professionals capable of meeting the new demands of the market.

I worked as an Agile Coach at BRQ, one of the largest digital transformation companies in the country. In addition to working on the agility rollout at Santander Bank, I led the creation of a cross-planning process for a cross-functional view of interdependence among 100 agile teams. The goal was to accelerate business growth through the power of intelligence and technology.

At Original, often seen as one of the most innovative digital banks in the market, I worked as a digital channels project manager. I was in charge of developing a strategic vision for the area's projects and implementing an agile culture in the business area, with a focus on innovation and digital transformation. I also led the development of strategic solutions and managed the projects of the Digital Channels area - URA, Chat, Customer Service, using Scrum with the Salesforce tool.

As a Program Manager at Walmart.com, a leading e-commerce company that serves millions of customers daily, I led the creation of a governance structure and streamlined routines for identifying solutions and mapping interdependencies. Additionally, I led agile cross-functional teams to deliver critical resources for Black Friday events within record timeframes. I worked as a key liaison between technology and supply chain teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships and facilitating communication between hybrid leadership structures.

As a Program Manager at TV1 Group, a company that develops brand experiences and interactive platforms, I was responsible for managing commercial proposals and new digital business projects for clients such as Smiles, Sanofi, Grail, Boticário, Ingresso Rápido, Gerdau, Electrolux, Aché, and Carrefour. I also led the strategic planning of IT projects and managed suppliers, while providing leadership and development opportunities for my team through training and goal-setting.

During nearly five years, I worked as a senior project manager at AG2 Publicis Modem, the communication agency of Publicis Group. During that period, I was responsible for coordinating the operation of large accounts such as Sanofi, Nestlé, and Senac, based on a 360-degree communication structure. I led the management of suppliers and internet projects, from briefing to delivery, working with planning, creative, technology, and media teams. Additionally, I had the opportunity to participate in various strategic projects for the company, such as Bradesco Corretora, Click Conta/Universitários, Fale Conosco e Rede de Atendimento, the new intranet for Banco Panamericano, the PayPal launch in Brazil (national and international teams), and Embraer.
