When we usually think about IT, computers and numbers are the first things that come to people’s minds. Not for me. I like the people behind the screens. I love to connect with them and help their day to day lives to achieve our goals. When I started in the IT business, Five Degrees was a start-up with not more than 15 employees. During these years the company expanded to different countries and set different targets and a range of products. Their growth meant work challenges and adaptation. That's how my career went from the design to Scrum Master and product management, which I enjoy. As a project manager, I have a chance to do what I like: connecting with people, organize product roadmap, and solve daily challenges looking for constant improvements. There was never a dull moment and I love learning new skills and technologies. I work well under pressure and I don't let stressful moments impact my work. My interests lie within clear communication, quality management, creating a culture of constant improvements using proofed methodologies, and design thinking.
