I've been working as a Human Resources professional for 16 years and experience across multiple industries including textiles, metallurgy, food, and technology. I have postgraduate studies in Labour Law, Leader Coaching, and Practitioner in NLP. Recently, I completed an Executive Program through Ohio University, USA. I leaded projects within these companies, both as an employee and as a consultant, including restructuring HR teams, implementing new recruitment processes (with competency-based interviews, behavioural analysis using the DISC tool), payroll management, training, preparation of internal manuals for employees, wage policy, analysis and action plan within the position and salary subsystem, organizational chart, job description reviews, internal marketing planning and structuring, with budgetary control. I’ve conducted Environment Surveys as well as the preparation and mentoring in the execution of action plans in their respective areas including motivational actions (both in Ericsson and at least 6 customers over the 4 years). The most recent achievement was winning the Great Place To Work seal. I was responsible for conducting the performance evaluations, providing guidance and support in areas related to Health, Security, and Labour Legislation.
