A passionate woman on a mission to change people's perspectives on beauty. I am a makeup artist and also a SFX artist. I am experienced in Film, TV, Video and stills, and I recently moved to Dubai to experience all this city has to offer in the world of ‘Beauty’. I grew up in Mexico City, entering the TV and film industry at age 20. During my career, my work has been featured in many movies, videos and TV commercials. I studied the art of makeup at Vancouver Film School (Canada) while in-apprenticeship at ‘MastersFX Inc’, under the mentorship of many professionals in the industry including Stand Edmonds, Charlie Grant, Linda Gill-Chrone and Chrissy Renaud.Since then I have focused my direction to styling for videos, film and still photography. I have learned the art of SFX makeup and have worked on numerous film productions while also freelancing as a makeup artist; From working Retail at Sephora and Benefit to On-demand beauty services such as ‘Beauty Squad’. My preferred media is Corporate Videos, TV, Photography/Modeling and of course, Film.Although I have always been intrigued with makeup and beauty products, diving into the makeup industry has not only been a career path, but a rewarding passion. I have recently started my brand and began displaying it on social media. I think what has been the most impactful motion in my start-up journey is the personal experience. As a college student, I have truly discovered the inner beauty of people and I like the fact that I am able to help let that inner beauty shine out on the outside, making them truly feel all around beautiful.Strong, positive, and personable… all words my peers use to describe me and that is why I have branded my makeup with my name. My makeup is me. I want people to feel strong and beautiful and I want to make sure I represent those qualities behind my name. I aspire to embrace beauty in a simple way and spread that passion with others around me. I look forward to watching my career blossom and I hope to not only motivate but encourage all women to feel completely beautiful and confident in their own skin. To reach these goals, I plan on working this year and to network with other artists who share this dream. Overall, I am here to service all of my client’s beauty needs. Whether it is to look for special occasion makeup, for that engagement session, wedding, birthday, headshot, or date night, I’m here to provide them with the best quality service.
