My design studio offers done-for-you services to help entrepreneurs create and launch websites and online courses in Kajabi.My daily responsibilities are: - Create a moodboard and color palette that resonates with their ideal client - Select fonts and graphics to elevate their brand - Design a primary and a secondary logo for their business, program or online course - Lead strategy calls to create a master plan of everything they need in order to launch a profitable online course in Kajabi - Guide them on creating a powerful course curriculum - Provide sales page message and copywriting guidance - Craft a beautiful and high-converting sales page in Kajabi - Design slide decks in Canva for their live classes and online courses - Design supporting materials such as workbooks, worksheets and guides - Configure their Kajabi account, connect their payment system and domain - Create their product (online courses, memberships or coaching) in Kajabi - Set up their offer, order bump, upsell, downsell and bonuses - Support their launch strategy by creating assets for their live or evergreen launches

- Accountable for BrainMD, Amen Clinics, Amen University, MyBrainFitLife, Brain Warriors Way Podcast, and Brain Health Assessment management, connectivity, usability, functionality, data, testing and troubleshooting- Responsible for BrainMD migration from Magento 1.x to 2.x - Participate in the planning and development of new and existing creative campaigns providing technical and creative support- Coordinate communication between the remote development staff in Philippines, and in house creative and marketing staff- Supervise and perform quality control functions as it relates to development work to ensure that the work product meets and exceeds established business standards and practices

- Work closely with the clients to identify, comprehend and define needs- Document the needs of the client and communicate that to the technical team located in India- Create project timelines and monitor them- Prioritize tasks and ensure delivery on time- Manage change requests and communicate that to team.

- Analyze the scope of work with the client, estimating the delivery schedule- Prepare the briefing for the weekly, biweekly, monthly and semi-annual media plans- Analyze the media plans created by the team and prepare a spreadsheet with production costs- Manage the schedule and the quality of all products created, implementing changes when necessary to achieve client expectations

- Submit projects on time, on budget and on scope, respecting W3Haus culture of co-creation - Responsible for the project planning step by developing the scope, budget and final schedule in accordance with the concept and approved budget- Be responsible for project execution stage with the support of executive and leader, orchestrating the delivery of other teams, acting as focal point of contact from concept to final delivery using Active Collab as the main communication system;

- Participation in the tactical planning, suggesting ideas, solutions and checking the feasibility of production and adequacy of budget- Development and monitoring schedule, ensuring the dates and items set out in project scope and starting the necessary areas (service, creating, writing, developers).

- Managing multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle including definition, estimating, planning, analysis and design, development, deployment, and closure- Deliver weekly status reports and other required communication to ensure client is informed and aware of the project status- Work within the delivery team to determine and prioritize project objectives and project risks- Assign tasks, sets priorities, and provide guidance in the completion of tasks and deliverables
