A food passionate entrepreneur with an appetite for growth.I began my career as an Insurance Broker at the age of 18, leading me to build one of the best brokerage firms in Lebanon, IIC. Despite my successful delving into the insurance world, my passion for food and for my Armenian heritage only grew throughout the years. For that reason, “Mayrig”, an avant guardiste traditional Armenian restaurant, saw the light in 2003 with the sole purpose of reviving the forgotten flavors of ancient Armenia. All this combined paved the path for many more ventures: Catering in 2004, Batchig in 2013, Made by Mayrig in 2014, Mayrig - Dubai in 2013, Mayrig - Riyadh in 2016; and Mayrig - Yerevan in 2018; with more projects to see light by the turn of the years...
