• Led all strategic, operational, and technical aspects of the HRIS function, including crafting business cases, change roadmaps, operational frameworks, and technical infrastructure for HR transformation initiatives. • Performed assessments of existing HR processes, systems, and operations to build HR transformation roadmaps, in addition to restructuring HRIS units to consolidate information management for HR systems.• Designed and introduced an award-winning global HR Portal and HR brand strategy to deliver effective support for 50K+ employees and optimize their end-to-end employee experience. • Launched a Total Benefits Outsourcing program for 401(k), transitioning pension/retiree health and welfare administration from 2 administrators to 1 and improving service delivery to 45K+ staff and 80K+ retirees.• Built a TBO site that facilitated access to 13 vendors via single-sign-on (SSO), with the site growing to reach 40K+ registered users and averaging 6K+ unique users per month.• Owned all program strategy, deliverables, change management, risk mitigation, and vendor engagement for the TBO program delivery, coordinating 6 workstream leaders and personally managing 2 workstreams. • Created a Voluntary Exchange Offer that enabled 12K+ employees to exchange stock options for restricted share units, exceeding the target goal of 75% for all eligible out-of-the-money options exchanged.
