SNEI is a biological services consultant. We specialize in providing biologists to survey, mitigate, and monitor potential or active construction sites that transect through the habitat of sensitive, threatened, and/or endangered species. Our company focus is primarily in the energy infrastructure sector. SNEI and SNEI California are both certified by the CPUC as a Woman and Minority Owned Business Enterprise. SNEI Biological is also certified by the Nevada Department Of Transportation (NDOT) as a DBE/SBE, as well as a proud member of the Western Regional Minority Supplier Diversity Counsel. Since acquiring SNEI Aline has worked tirelessly to improve systems and put SNEI in a position to grow and scale responsibly and systematically. SNEI has become one of the southwest’s largest team of highly trained environmental consultants, providing a diverse team of professionals.

I opened my first mortgage company in March of 1999. After learning the business well, I obtained my real estate license and established my first real estate company in February, 2001. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of a real estate transaction, and have used that to help people achieve their dreams of homeownership, and investors to find the right investment vehicle. I pride myself in being an expert in real estate and finance, and advocate for my clients in every aspect of a transaction, minimizing the stress that can be involved. I pride myself in my integrity; I work only with top notch mortgage brokers and closing agents who also are professionals in their fields. The last few years have been more oriented towards facilitating deals for friends, family, and commercial investors. It has been a rewarding career which has enabled me to be flexible in rearing my children. Since relocating to Las Vegas after acquiring SNEI, I still have an active license in Florida, but no longer pursuing new contracts.

Being an Emergency Room nurse was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It requires a unique skill set of effective communication, competence, leadership, compassion, camaraderie, trust, ability, humility, and kindness. JFK Medical Center is arguably the busiest ER in Palm Beach County with high patient acuity. Every day was an honor and challenge, requiring intense focus and drive; which I found immensely rewarding. I had the privilege of working with an incredible team of nurses and physicians with the same objective and passion. It gave me the ability to deliver accurate, pro-active care to each patient and their family during my tenure there, while making human connections that have helped mold me into the leader I am today.
