🔸As an event coordinator, here are the main tasks for the coordination of events that were held physically or remotely at the PwC Luxembourg location or at other offsite venues :▫️ Creating event proposals that fit client requirements and presenting them by deadline▫️ Maintaining and monitoring relationships with vendors, venues and with clients▫️ Planning event aspects, such as venue, infrastructure, seating, catering and guest lists ▫️ Organise kick-off meetings, pre- and post-event briefings▫️ Keeping track of satisfaction surveys, internal and from clients▫️ Maintaining the retro-planning and budgets▫️ Issuing invoices and collecting payments to create financial event reports▫️ Management and oversight of events on Dday, including coming up with problem-solving solutions, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff▫️ Keeping close contact and working with other teams such as M&C, receptions, and building infrastructure▫️ Implementing factors for labeling future events as green (GBE - Green Business Events) and measuring carbon footprint emissions (with myClimate online tool).
