Current• Use a high level of attention to details when performing a new task • Professionally answer over 20 telephone calls per day gathering customer’s information and providing assistance, interacting in Spanish and English to facilitate communication with clients• Answer questions and provide general information in person, emphasizing exceptional customer service skills• Communicate with coworkers and manager in order to develop a strong working relationship• Maintain composure and professionalism in fast-paced environment; able to find ways to multitask• Assist and supervise in training of servers and hostesses • Develop new ways to improve productivity at work, such as setting weekly goals, creating schedules, and managing inventory • Promote and raise awareness about public health and workplace safety
