Cliente: Aneel.- Apoiar o Gerente de RH, atuando como HRBP e Coordenadora dos processos de RH, na execução de soluções de eficácia organizacional e de funcionários e processos de RH, trabalhando em estreita colaboração com os parceiros funcionais de RH para fornecer soluções.- Manter a documentação de conformidade de RH, políticas de integração e contratos de trabalho, etc.- Apoiar programas de treinamento, workshops e seminários relacionados a RH.- Obter potenciais candidatos por meio de canais online (por exemplo, plataformas sociais e redes profissionais).- Projetar perfis de trabalho e perguntas de entrevista que reflitam os requisitos de cada posição.- Planejar e agendar os treinamentos conforme matriz de treinamento para cumprimento. Acompanhe também a logística dos cursos.- Auxiliar na implementação e acompanhamento de qualquer sistema que controle as informações de treinamento e conformidade e acompanhar isso.- criar um acompanhamento e relatar o orçamento anual de treinamentoRastrear, registrar e relatar todas as despesas relacionadas ao treinamento.- Planejar a atualização do treinamento de acordo com as datas de expiração.- Realizar cursos de orientação e outros cursos presenciais essenciais.- Manter os registros de rastreamento e certificado de todos os treinamentos para tripulantes nacionais e expatriados (todos os cursos: Obrigatório, NR, Segurança, Médico, Desenvolvimento, Técnico, etc).- Para relatar todos os dados de treinamento (mensal, trimestral, anual).- Traduzir todos os documentos, materiais, etc. relacionados ao treinamento entre inglês e português.- Criar um acompanhamento e relatar o orçamento anual de treinamento.
