Responsible for the Media and Communication directorate, leading global media strategies and the operational strategy for communications, with teams focused on Precision Marketing and content production for Natura and Avon.To deliver Precision Marketing at scale, leads the Asset Development Center (CDA), which manages a central Production nucleus known as Studio Natura&Co. The CDA delivers scalable solutions to over 13 countries, utilizing automation, GenAI, and cutting-edge technology to support agile processes. It integrates expertise in data, CRM, media, content, magazine, and performance, coordinating an exclusive production studio for key markets with a focus on omnichannel strategies.With a multidisciplinary team of Media, Data, Projects, Technology, Producers, Magazine Specialists, Social, CRM, and Creative professionals, manages these capabilities to ensure the delivery of playbooks and global guidelines, guaranteeing partner governance and internal stakeholder management. Deliveries are multi-brand, multi-category, and multi-market for the entire Natura & Co Group

Responsible for developing operational strategies to ensure efficiency in the Natura & Co Group's communication model, including the selection of communication agencies and partners. Through a central Productions nucleus, Studio Natura&Co dedicates deliveries with agile processes and methodologies, experimenting with automation, GenAI and cutting-edge technology to support delivery at scale to markets, impacting more than 13 countries. Through a multidisciplinary team of Projects, Technology, Producers, Magazine Specialists, Social, CRM and Creative, internal team and external partners, we guarantee the delivery of playbooks and global guidelines, ensuring partner governance and internal stakeholder management. Our delivery is multi-brand, multi-category and multi-market for all Natura & Co Group.
