Directed manufacturing, process engineering and plant engineering functions for an operation that produced :- medium and high voltage cabling systems for major U.S. Power Utilities, including Consolidation Edison, City of Los Angeles and Detroit EdisonThe Yonkers site also served as an emergency service site for Utility emergencies. In the event of catastrophic circuit failure the site maintained readiness to ship immediately by truck or rail directly to affected locations.The Yonkers Team successfully returned the plant to service after an overwhelming fire shut down production for an extended time.

Supervised the production of microwave transmission products for major defense contractors and the U.S. Military. Managed throughput of $ 20 million products that included:- cabling harnesses and time-phased assemblies used in a wide array of airframe platforms- replacement and upgraded products for legacy systems- prototype and qualification offerings for testing and evaluationThis assignment also involved responsibilities in design review, materials evaluations, and very elevated quality diligence
