About Alin Morariu
Leveraging modern statistical methods to provide data driven decisions across various fields. My passion for statistics stems from the field's natural ability to conform to a plethora of disciplines. Beginning with finance, transitioning to biology and more recently humanities, it has led to me to explore a diverse knowledge base and constantly pushed me to adapt and learn new concepts. I love the challenge of solving problems that force me into areas I've never explored. This mentality has helped me through each stop in my career and allowed me build a toolkit for tackling any new problem. In addition to being a quantitative mind, I'm also an avid sports fan, following basketball, hockey and baseball and have played volleyball at an elite level. I now continue to play volleyball while experimenting with other sports and have picked up photography.
