I like to define myself as a Tech-Industrialist Executive and Financier. My passion is to push boundaries for the growth and profitability of companies, which implies the growth of its people and its corporate culture.Until Feb'24 based in Paris I have been in charge of the diversification of RICOH. First in Spain and then in France, I have been leading other Directors, Managers, Teams and its Lines of Businesses. For 13 years we have collectively moved from a Products-oriented into a Service and IT oriented company in the automation of business processes and workspace infrastructure market areas. During my career I have hold the full P&L ownership of all Technologies and Services areas, grown teams reaching more than +400 people under management, searched and closed M&A acquisitions, and budgeted and reported each month and quarter the delivery of it and its Profits. --> My profile reconciles 3 professional axes at the same time: an understanding of market strategies, a focus for profitable growth, both organic and M&A, and the leadership of sales, technologies and delivery teams, which allows me to have a 360-degrees perspective and adaptability to the specific company moment.Before joining Ricoh, I had a two-year period of M&A and corporate finance advisory, and before that I developed my career for other 13 years in Andersen/Accenture, with Industrial projects in several European countries (NL, BE, FR, UK, ES) for companies like NISSAN, InBev, SONY, IBERIA, FORD, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC and many others, specializing in the negotiation of large contracts (deal making) and in the restructuring of industrial operations.I am M.Sc. in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from UPC, Certified in Supply Chain and Manufacturing by APICS. Global/International M.B.A. from IESE Business School, where I focused especially on Corporate Finance. Diplomed in Finance, I am certified €FA/European Financial Advisor (CNMV-compliant) and member of EFPA. I have gone also through extensive coaching on Soft Skills like the Executive Leadership Programme by Cornell University. I am fluent in Spanish, English and French. In my free time I like to play tennis with my family and friends, eventually take the helm of a yatch, reading, and to discover the culture and the landscape in the places where I am.
