Coordination and planning of the platform, reporting, tracking and meeting standards required by the client company, tracking stocks, inventories.Providing computer support in order to process and control the warehouse activities; Ensure with the Warehouse Manager, the fulfillment in time of the operational procedures; Responsible for an accurate recording of goods transactions data in the company’s computer system – input/output data; Monitoring, issueing and delivering periodical reports about the data transactions; Monitoring the goods reception processes and set the priorities with the Warehouse Manager; Responsible for the scripted stock obtained by the computer system and participates to the periodical comparison between the physical and scripted stock from warehouse; Responsible for all the operational documents: storage, transport/goods delivery; Organizing and checking the following of the procedures and work instructions regarding the goods movement (reception, distribution and delivery) and contra signs the documents of this operations; Responsible for the proper operation, maintenance and assets and inventory management in the warehouse; Induction and training of new employees, whenever is necessary.
